Cypriot Hummus (Χούμοι/Χούμους)

Cypriot Hummus (Χούμοι/Χούμους)

A rustic, Cypriot-style hummus that’s thicker, nuttier and less “whipped” than other versions enjoyed around the world. It’s simple, bold and built around good tahini and lemon.
